Is our TD your next step?
We are looking for a new colleague who wants to spearhead the next steps in professionalising our Technical Department. Together with 4 other colleagues, you are in charge of all the technical activities in production, installations and our building. We work with various technical methods, such as operating, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. As an innovative company, we invest in many new techniques: 3D printers, cobots, and robots. You’ll be allowed to build a team ready to take Hesling to the next level.
We have many challenging technical projects at Hesling that you can lead or contribute to based on your knowledge and experience, as we are always open to new ideas to improve. Are you lacking the leadership experience but are ambitious? No problem, we’ll happily support your development. Our TD works on day shifts. However, very incidentally, you can be contacted if necessary or when production is halted. With a contract at Hesling, you get all national holidays off, 35 vacation days, and your weekend starts early on Fridays.

We develop and produce sustainable, custom OEM bicycle parts, such as chainguards, belt guards, splash and coat shields, for well-known international bicycle brands and manufacturers.
