Teamleader Injection Moulding (fulltime/3-shifts)
About the job:
You are responsible for maintaining consistency in the production process in the Injection Moulding Area, together with 2 other team leaders, within a 3-shift system. In your team, you will ensure that the planned production quota is reached and meets the desired quality standards. You drive processes, support your team operators, oversee test moulding and solve maintenance issues together with colleagues from technical and engineering departments. You enjoy thinking about process optimisation and innovation.
About you:
You are experienced in working in a technical production environment, preferably in the injection moulding industry. You’ve already made some steps as a team leader or are ready for it, and have the ambition to lead a team and achieve goals together. Furthermore, you like working on improving processes and thinking about departmental optimisation.
You have a vocational degree in technique. You also have the certificate Injection Moulding 1 & 2, or are willing to get certified. Furthermore, you encourage a positive work environment that allows people to grow. That is why you have a clear way of communicating and work well with others.

A full contact at Hesling with a salary fitting to your experience and profile. You will also receive a fixed 3-shift surplus of 18.5% and 8% vacation allowance.
